I’ve been fortunate to have the acquaintance of Rick Pozzi since mid 2016 when I first met him training Homestead Florida Police sharpen their carbine and pistol skills.

I subsequently had the unique opportunity to attend many a varied class from him at Homestead Training Center since that time. I was always impressed with Rick’s ability to maintain a strict professional attitude toward his tutelage and safety protocols, and employs his laser like focus on the skills and drills at hand, yet remains engaging on a personal level to address individual guidance. In a way, he’s like a doctor performing open heart surgery; Knows what needs to be done; Gets the job done; Then applies his most gracious bedside manner after he’s satisfied with his work.

With the years of instruction I have received from the various instructors traveling our nation, in addition to resident instructors throughout our state, I believe I’m qualified to rank Rick within the status of the most elite, professional, firearms instructors in the business today.

Rick’s knowledge and understanding of pistol, shotgun, and carbine platforms, is phenomenal!

If you’re looking for entertainment and war stories, you’ll be disappointed. Rick doesn’t seem to have the desire to brag about his conquests and awards, even after being wounded in action with the U.S. Military.

Rick’s professionalism is displayed in his detailed instruction, and you will be rewarded with tutelage well deserving your session fees.
