Our training approach comes from understanding the importance of accurate shot placement, speed and tactics.
Those three important components don’t just happen without a solid foundation and understanding of the core fundamentals, technical manipulations of the firearm and situational awareness. The techniques we teach are proven techniques applied in real-world combat operations, as well as the more low profile missions like Personal Protection Details for government officials, executives and VIPs.
Knowledge Through Experience
Rick Pozzi is a combat veteran with over 30 years of experience. He served in the US Army for nearly a decade, deploying to numerous countries in Central and South America in support of counter-drug operations as well as to the Middle East in support of the War on Terror.
After leaving the military he served as a Private Contractor for the Department of Defense and other agencies. During his deployments, Rick served as team leader, assistant team leader and Firearms Instructor for various organizations including Coalition Forces, Support Personnel and Indigenous Forces.
In the over three decades Rick has been involved in the tactical shooting community, he had the privilege and fortune to work and train with a number of special operations groups including foreign military units, federal and local law enforcement agencies, corporate/private security personnel, private military companies and some of the best instructors in the private firearm industry. Additionally, Rick is an NRA / LE Certified instructor.
